You Don't Have to Lead Alone.
A Global Network for Pastors & Ministry Leaders
Faith Leadership Network, founded by Pastors Jerwan & Kisha Jones, equips, strengthens, connects, and provides spiritual covering for pastors and ministry leaders around the world.
You Were Never Called to Lead Alone.
Leadership can be rewarding, but it can also be demanding, isolating, and heavy. Pastors often carry responsibility for everyone while having few safe places where they themselves can receive support, guidance, accountability, encouragement, and strengthening.
Faith Leadership Network exists to create that place. FLN surrounds pastors and ministry leaders with relationships, spiritual support, leadership development, accountability, training, and global connection so they can lead healthy ministries and multiply transformational impact.
Strengthening the People Who Strengthen Everyone Else.
Faith Leadership Network is a global pastoral leadership community founded by Pastors Jerwan and Kisha Jones to strengthen the people who strengthen everyone else.
Through spiritual covering, leadership development, pastoral relationships, training, accountability, and global connection, FLN helps pastors lead healthy ministries, develop strong leaders, strengthen churches, and multiply transformational impact in their communities and around the world.
What FLN offers is in addition to — not in place of — your local pastor and local church. FLN does not replace your spiritual home; it strengthens you so you can strengthen the people God has entrusted to you.

Covering That Strengthens the Leader, Not Controls the Leader.
Faith Leadership Network believes spiritual covering should be relational, biblical, healthy, and strengthening.
Pastors need trusted relationships where they can receive prayer, wisdom, accountability, encouragement, guidance, and support without losing the identity, vision, or assignment God has given them. FLN spiritual covering is designed to help pastors become stronger, healthier, wiser, and more effective in the assignment God has entrusted to them.
