Equipping Leaders Who Transform Nations
Faith Leadership Network exists to develop, connect, and strengthen pastors and purpose-driven leaders for a lifetime of multiplied impact.
Faith Leadership Network was launched internationally in Paris in 2024. From that launching point, FLN has continued building relationships with leaders across nations — including connections to leadership and ministry activity in Johannesburg and Pretoria, South Africa. Today, FLN is growing into a globally connected community of resilient, equipped, and spiritually grounded leaders committed to multiplying transformation.
Faith Leadership Network is the leadership development, relationship, and global multiplication expression connected to Faith Life Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan — the local spiritual home and ministry expression of founders Pastors Jerwan and Kisha Jones. FLN operates under the spiritual covering of New Day Global Network, led by Bishop Tony Dunn and Lady Jackie Dunn in Corona, California.
Faith Leadership Network equips, connects, strengthens, and develops pastors and purpose-driven leaders through biblical leadership training, authentic relationships, accountability, spiritual guidance, and global partnership so they can transform people, churches, communities, and nations.
To build a globally connected community of resilient, equipped, and spiritually grounded leaders who multiply transformation and help reach one million lives around the world.
Leaders should not have to lead alone.
Isolation weakens leaders; relationship sustains them.
Relationships are bridges to destiny.
God-connected relationships carry leaders into their purpose.
Leadership must move beyond maintenance into multiplication.
We develop leaders who develop other leaders.
Equipped leaders transform lives.
Preparation is the foundation of lasting impact.
FLN exists to develop leaders who develop other leaders. We create spaces where pastors and leaders receive development, relationships, accountability, encouragement, and spiritual guidance — so they never have to carry the weight of leadership alone.
What FLN offers is in addition to — not in place of — your local pastor and local church. FLN does not replace your spiritual home; it strengthens you so you can strengthen the people God has entrusted to you.
Senior pastors, pastors and spouses, ministry leaders, emerging leaders, church leadership teams, purpose-driven Christian leaders, and global ministry partners who need development, relationships, accountability, encouragement, and spiritual guidance.
Faith Life Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan is the local spiritual home and ministry expression. Faith Leadership Network is the leadership development, relationship, and global multiplication expression. Together they form one vision expressed locally and globally.
FLN operates under the spiritual covering of New Day Global Network, led by Bishop Tony Dunn and Lady Jackie Dunn in Corona, California — a relationship of accountability, alignment, and shared kingdom purpose.
A Vision Bigger Than Any One Leader
The long-range mission of Faith Leadership Network is to help transform one million lives around the world. Every equipped leader, every authentic relationship, and every multiplied assignment moves us toward that vision — one transformed life at a time.
One Mission: One Million Lives Transformed.
Building Strong Leaders. Strengthening Churches. Impacting Nations.
Faith Leadership Network grows through relationships, leadership development, spiritual covering, strategic partnerships, and global connection. Our goal is not simply to expand an organization. Our goal is to strengthen leaders who are called to transform people, churches, communities, and nations.
We believe that when leaders are strengthened, people are strengthened. When churches are strengthened, communities are strengthened. And when Kingdom leaders connect across borders, the potential for global impact multiplies.
Our Global Strategy
FLN is intentionally building a global network of pastors, ministry leaders, churches, and Kingdom organizations committed to transformation and impact.
Our growth strategy focuses on:
Equipping Leaders
Practical training, leadership development, mentorship, and ministry resources.
Strengthening Pastors
Providing relationship, encouragement, guidance, and spiritual covering.
Building Global Relationships
Connecting leaders across cities, regions, cultures, and nations.
Developing Leaders Who Develop Leaders
So transformation continues far beyond a single conference, training, or gathering.
Creating Strategic Gatherings
Summits, leadership intensives, roundtables, and regional gatherings designed to strengthen those who strengthen others.
Establishing Global Partnerships
With churches, ministries, and Kingdom leaders who share a commitment to advancing transformative leadership.
Expanding Into Nations
Through intentional relationships and invitations, allowing FLN to grow through genuine Kingdom connection rather than expansion for expansion's sake.
Leaders Strengthening Leaders
We are building more than a network.
We are building a global leadership community.
FLN believes sustainable impact happens when equipped leaders return to their churches, ministries, organizations, and communities prepared to equip others.
One strengthened leader can strengthen a church.
One strengthened church can impact a community.
Connected leaders can influence nations.
Global Vision
Our vision is to see a growing international community of spiritually grounded, transformational leaders who are equipped, connected, strengthened, and positioned to make measurable impact wherever God has assigned them.
From local churches to global ministry fields, Faith Leadership Network exists to help leaders lead stronger, build healthier, reach farther, and transform more lives.
This is how we grow: relationship by relationship, leader by leader, church by church, and nation by nation.
